You don’t have an auto responder because you’re going to have to sign up for one… either Aweber which is $19.95 a month or Get Response which is free… and then set it up.
You don’t have a hosting account and have never set up or forwarded a domain before.
I would highly advise that you sign up for the weekly training. Like I said the information is well worth over $1,000.
